About Emily

Emily Doyle is a queer, Melbourne based artist. She is specialised in video art, painting and drawing.
Emily studied a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Monash Univeristy School of Art, Design and Architecture, and graduated in 2019.
Her work explores states of consciousness, anxiety and speaks to the alienation of adolesence and young-adulthood as a queer woman.
Emily believes in the loose rhyming of history and adores to collage film and paintings to juxtapose against each other to create a third meaning.
